SHIP:
Heavily modified Herald-class shuttle known as the “Serroco Storm”. The ship can hold about 50 tons of cargo along with 5 passengers.
The ship was stolen by Dekar's Serroco gang when it attempted to enter the airspace of Nar Shaddaa for the hunt of Meetra Surik (The Jedi Exile). The gang killed the Sith crew, stole the cargo, and painted the ship yellow in recognition of their leader.
BIO:
A young veteran of the Mandalorian Wars. When the Mandalorian's invaded his homeworld of Serroco, bombarding it from orbit with nuclear devices, Dekar stood with the Serrocan rebels after his friends and family were killed. Despite the Republic and Serrocan counter-attack, the Mandalorian's were still victorious. Forced to flee Serroco along with many other refugees, Dekar made his way to Nar Shaddaa where he learned lessons from the undercity ,and quickly became the leader of a large Serroco gang in the refugee sector.
When Meetra Surik (The Exile) visited Nar Shaddaa on her journey for the Lost Jedi, she encountered Dekar's gang, which had established itself as a menace to both the refugee sector, and the Exchange lead by Visquis. Surik managed to negotiate a treaty between the gang and the refugees. With the gang-refugee conflict dealt with, the subsequent demise of Visquis at the hands of his own Ubese bounty hunters, and the departure of G0-t0 as leader of the Exchange, a power vacuum needed to be filled.
Dekar Stadd, and his loyal gang members rallied the remaining Exchange thugs on Nar Shaddaa, and subsequently brought together other Exchange holdings on other worlds. He declared himself leader of the Exchange, and set forth to forge a criminal empire. Stronger and more wealthy than any of his predecessors.
