Trade defense is a topic of high importance within the context of international trade, having relevant consequences for the commercial policy of each country. Currently, 141 measures are in force in Brazil, including 138 cases of anti-dumping duties and three cases of compensatory measures, which makes the country one of the largest users of this type of tool among the members of the World Trade Organization .
